HENKING HAPPENINGS

Wacky Week of Seuss

NEA Read Across America and Henking's Wacky Week of Seuss, celebrated on Feb. 27th - Mar. 2nd, focuses on the importance of reading and motivating a nation of readers.  We will be having a Seuss-a-bration all week featuring favorite Dr. Seuss titles and related fashion-forward themes each day with a culminating Community Read with Seuss on Thursday, March 2nd, Dr. Seuss' b-day.  This will be an opportunity for our Glenview community volunteers to visit Henking as guest readers in classrooms and share their favorite Seuss books. So Grab your Hats and Read with The Cat
