Criteria
for Nomination
All
elementary and secondary schools in the United States that make
significant progress in closing the achievement gap or whose
students achieve at very high levels.
One
of the top 10 percent of schools in the state as measured by
state tests or are in the top 10 percent in the state on assessments
referenced against national norms at a particular grade, regardless
of the background of the students in the school.

September
16th the secretary announced Henking School as one of the 2003
No Child Left Behind - Blue Ribbon School Winners.
October
30, 31, in Washington, DC, there will be a ceremony to honor all
thoes named NCLB Blue Ribbon Schools. |
